- 8 Intense 45 minute Sessions
- Minimum of 4 players per session
- Maximum of 8 players per session
- Players will learn how to properly execute and time a check in different game situations using game-like drills
- Players will learn how to execute escape and roll-off techniques while maintaining control of the puck and driving to the net or heading to open ice
- Full gear will be required
- Bring plenty of water
