Learn to Skate (ages 3 and over)

The Synthetic Ice surface enables your child to quickly learn fundamental skating skills. The Program minimizes the need for skate aids and children become confident and independent which quickly leads to enjoyment, satisfaction and fun.

Your child will attend a 45-minute class once a week under the direction of Carol, Gary and Michele. Our Rink operates 7 days a week, allowing us to accommodate Parents' busy schedules. Join existing Classes in progress or register in new Classes as they begin. Class size is limited.

Requirements:

  • Helmet-hockey helmet preferred but bicycle and all sport helmets are acceptable
  • Pair of light (cotton) gloves to protect hands
  • Dress lightly-T-shirt and shell pants work well
  • Skates-should be sharp for each session
  • Classes are grouped by age and experience as much as possible and within schedule limitations
  • *Minimum of 6 skaters to start a new Class
