As part of the progression of our skaters, we have established a Pre Hockey Class to accommodate children who are interested in hockey and planning to enter Organized Hockey in the near future.
Similar to our Learn to Skate Program, the focus will be on balance, agility and fundamental skating skills, however, there will be an introduction to puck handling and some basic hockey fundamentals .
The ages in this group are typically 4-7 years.
- Skaters attend a 45-minute session once a week under the direction of Carol and Gary.
- Class size is limited.
- Requirements: Hockey Helmet with Full Face Screen, hockey gloves, stick and skates.
- Classes will be grouped by age as much as possible.
