Summer Training Program 2008
Focus on Power, Quickness, Technique repititions for muscle memory, Save selection, Rebound control. OPEN ICE focus on Angles and Positioning, Walkouts from corners, Drives from the wing, Playing all odd man situations, Playing the Puck with behind the net play, wrap arounds and walkouts, rim arounds, passes (direct and indirect), Break-aways etc.
